"School,
Family and Education: Triad complex".
The
notion of family today infers several factors that marked social changes in
human behavior. Despite the familiar structural model, this is the initial
environment where children receive the first values concepts as the management
of this institution.
In this sense it
is of utmost importance participatory and collaborative management between
teachers and families with a view to observing the interaction process, and
discrepancies or differences between the two segments.
Therefore,
it is up to the teacher to establish bonds of partnerships with families to
together (parents, teachers and educational staff) reflect in search of
possible solutions to behavioral or disciplinary problems, including with
respect to the values (Arruda, 2001), and conflicts of socialization that
may, or may not have links to external factors to school, and in this respect
the cooperation of the family will make all the difference in building the
future of the child.
